Made from all recycled materials, pallet wood, hinges from old doors and reclaimed nails and screws.  All birdhouses regardless of design are finished with a waterproof Polyeurothane finish to help protect against the weather.
 
This is an adaptation on the design found on the British Trust for Ornithology site for birds the size of sparrows and blue tits.
